Plastic labelling machine features:

1. Be applicable to square bottles or flat bottles in automatic single side labeling machine.
2. Can increase round bottle institution; Realize round bottles of automatic labeling at the same time.
3. The independently shape structure is designed specially and independently to label irregular bottles in cosmetic industry. The optional air driving and roller labeling set can label round bottles precisely.
4. The shape belt can be inclined, and the labeling head can be adjusted at eight orientations, so the machine can be adjusted successfully in several minutes for any bottle.
5. The machine apply the famous server motor, so it realizes real closed loop controlling and it avoids the phenomenon of the ordinary stepper motor, high-precision refinement, built-in absolute encoder. All this is designed to improve the accuracy.
6. The shape structure is designed specially, so labeled thing is able to be located and labeled precisely.
7. The label is pressed by a flap after applying on bottle and is pressed by the active and passive sponge rollers. So when the label is stuck it hasn't any air bladder. It is especially applicable to the crystal bottles labeled with transparent labels.
